CROSSING THE DESERT is the beginning of a spiritual journey, as you have to leave behind ties of the past or that are no longer useful. Acceptance and renunciation will be necessary to take this step, “the ultimate sacrifice”, i.e. to respect the sense of the sacred and go back to basics. New visions will open to rise to higher planes, hence the notion of passage... the existential void promising of precious revelations in the fullness of life.

The Material Plane:

Action – The Earth Element - The Physical Level

SYMBOL: Cross Verticality

The message of this symbol is to see the situation from a new angle, and to do this, you are asked to abandon old benchmarks. The symbol of the cross suggests that renunciation will be required in order to get benefits later on. Seeing beyond the difficulty is key, because this is what allows you to rise up to the heights of success and abundance. Look at that luminous cross as a symbol of hope and gratitude for all that you can enjoy in your life. It also anticipates a second wind in your professional or personal life.

The Emotional –Relational Plane

The Water Element - The Level of the Soul

SYMBOL: A Rose in the Desert

The message of this symbol is for you to blossom as a rose in the desert, which will continue to exhale its fragrance even though everything seems lifeless around it. So, it is better to let go of the emotions that keep you in this relationship. If the savior side is at the forefront, be aware of self-respect, which must be consistent with your truth. This symbol of the rose in the desert is very revealing and heralds a new look at your feelings, which would allow you to take some distance, to stand back before committing yourself. Beware of illusions, which can be harmful to the proper development of this relationship, because the victim syndrome could resurface.

The Mental – Evolutionary Plane

Consciousness - The Air Element - The Level of the Mind

SYMBOL: A Butterfly in Motion

The message is clear in and of itself... a moving butterfly opening its wings and taking flight. To do this, you will have let go of old parameters and create other more expanded and lighter ones, especially those concerning responsibility toward others, the very ones that make you indispensable and will eventually create limits on your own freedom. You'll have to give yourself lots of love and respect to get rid of those ties that, over time, make up our own prison… take this butterfly into your heart, it will set you free...

The Spiritual Plane:

Self-love - The Fire Element - The Level of the Light

SYMBOL: A Barren Mountain in the Hebrew Letter “LAMED”

The message of this symbol is one of the most powerful, since Lamed requires going out in the desert and even climbing a mountain without knowing the overall picture at that moment... as Pilgrims walk and "make their way" in the moment, without any specific purpose or objective. This step portends a whole process of letting go and detachment, because it’s only when you reach the summit that beauty and desires can actually be expressed and manifested without expectations. May you get to hear the echo of Lamed by pronouncing it, especially if you are in a desolate period of your life; listen to its vibration without really understanding its meaning.
